• Doors open 10 minutes before your booking.

• Parties must end promptly to allow cleaning.

• ✔ Food & Drink Policy

• Outside food welcome except: popcorn, glitter drinks, and anything requiring heating.

• No alcohol allowed.

• All treats made during the party go home with each child.

• ✔ Allergies

• Sweet Nonsense is NOT a nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free facility.
  Parents are responsible for ensuring their child can safely participate.

• ✔ Deposit & Payment

• $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date.

• Balance due 14 days before the day of the party.

• Date changes allowed with 7-day notice.

• ✔ Cancellation

• Cancel 7+ days ahead: full credit

• Cancel 3–6 days ahead: 50% credit

• Cancel within 48 hours: no refund

• ✔ Behavior

• Sweet Nonsense reserves the right to remove any child who is unsafe, destructive, or overly disruptive.

• ✔ Damage

• Any damage beyond normal use will be billed to the host.

• ✔ Clean Up

• We handle room cleaning. Hosts are responsible for removing all personal items.
